MS seems to have taken the word frost out of the urban forecasts for tonight, despite some cool overnight lows. If a trace of ice might be seen on the roof of cars left out overnight, is that a "frosty start"?

Down to 2C this morning. No frost evidence around this morning when I went out to collect the paper at 7am.

Ice on the car windscreen and roof at home but no evidence of Frost on the lawn.

My station surprisingly got down to -0.1C briefly just after 7am, after still being at 8.8 at 11:30pm, must have been a slight breeze hold up for a few hours after dark then it died out.

No frost at Thornbury yet.Last night down to 10.0C on the grass! .The southerlies behind fronts are mild and nights cloudy so no hope of cooling

Frosting on the truck window and letterbox this morning but lowest air frost reading was 1C.

Warmer than night before, low was +1.3, almost not frost to be seen. Bananas may stay undamaged until June again this year, at this rate. Depends what happens after this next westerly period.
