Article about moving to regions

Unread post by wembley »

This is an article I spied about moving to the regions. It mentions sunshine hours for said regions.

https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/131459 ... ons-ranked

Is this the new method of measuring sunshine hours or are they overstated?

The sunshine hours that Stuff has quoted are obviously a complete hash-up!
So much so that I'd rate their article as somewhere between 'fake news' and 'misleading information'... #-o

2334 .. Napier
2318 .. New Plymouth
1772 .. Palmerston North

2521 .. Blenheim
1910 .. Hokitika
1932 .. Timaru * (1981-2010)
2505 .. Lake Tekapo
2066 .. Alexandra
1765 .. Invercargill
