Kinda overlooked last year's 20 year milestone, but it's been 21 years today since the very first post was made on this forum.
Hard to believe that this forum predates the likes of Facebook by nearly a year (and Twitter by 3 years).
So a big thanks to both Steven Graham, who made this forum possible as a incarnation of an earlier NZ weather forum, and to Willoughby who took over the reins and has tirelessly kept this forum up and running over the last 17 years.
Thanks for highlighting this, Nev. It is nice to know that I have been contributing to the Forum for over half of its existence - and if I recall correctly, I only found it by accident one day when searching for something else!
Thanks to Willoughby for keeping it running so smoothly over all these years.
