Mininmum air temp today of minus 3.2 degrees in Havelock North, coldest since I installed my weather station in '99.

Well the weathers not cold like it was when I was a kid but then because its wet and horrible "yet again" :( (we were "promised a ridge today and tues) in Auckland it actually feels colder than when theres a frost

Good thaw in ashburton today,although still around 12-15 cms lying around town.No sign of the southwester today,must have gone out east.
Shaping up for another frosty one tonight.

yeap alot warmer today down here
it was -4 at midnight last nite, and when i got up at 9:00am it was a mild 7.0 degrees.

wind has gone to the south but it's not cold

Looks like another Fizzer went through today. Light SW eventually but nothing. Must of went out to sea. Should be down to minus 2 tonight.

Its just back to the same here tomorrow to just blustery SW and on and off continuous showers-Can we trade weather John? ;)

The sun is out at the moment but its getting "black" out west where Brian lives and is a typical westerly flow where theres clear patches and little wind in between then gales in showers
