yes, i saw that SW out there Brian shortly afterwards, and figured that was probably the main factor.. :) still a light shower here again now...

should be more afternoon heat showers from now on, peaking in the weekend....as more and more humid air moves onto us...
yes, a dry start to november.....but the light winds are helping things not dry out too much..we are ok here at the moment,.,,
i have seen drought conditions by xmas before though

I was working near Manukau City today and there was a couple of weak afternoon showers.

Upper air is too warm at the moment for anything other than fairly weak showers from low level instability. :)
