Snow photos from 6-7th June storm
All the years of working as a blade shearer in high country never had i ever experienced such an extreme cold as the morning of the 7th when it was -13deg
The flattened bamboo patch which does spring back to normal.
Done a fair amount of damage to our 130 year old pine

Not great for the amount of trees that got damaged,its now two weeks later that the full extent of how many did get knocked,even the Radiata pine are showing signs of damagedavide wrote: so, great event indeed!

More tree damage from my area,these Sydney Blue Gums must be over 100 years old,will be interesting to see if they come back
