This modeled hurricane is a tad early, if it actually does form. August/September is the main season.
Looks like a hurricane could make landfall over the Texas coast mid week.

Tropical tornadoes! There was an outbreak of tornadoes over Florida today in association of tropical storm Debby.
GFS won out over ECMWF with Debby heading closer to Florida rather than Texas.
