Davis Vantage Pro wireless weather station to give away

Unread post by TonyT »

About ten years old, not working for the last 2-3 years, probably due to the usual capacitor failure which is common with these. Has the radiation sensor and the wireless transmitter for the anemometer, so you can mount that up high. Also includes a 6ft steel hockey stick mast for mounting the anemometer on a barge board or gable end. Sensors look like they have been outside for 10 years, because they have. Console is in good condition. Also includes an unused copy of Weatherlink for windows software.

I am NOT prepared to package this up and post it, so collect only from Amberley please. I may be able to drop off in Christchurch at a time convenient to me. Strictly as is, I dont know if it can be made to work again, but it could be a good project for someone. PM me here if interested.
