yes. Indeedy there have been a few nice Cu forms that have looked interesting, but that it as far as it goes. Too stable an atmosphere.
Any, way regarding Wilma, the theme for this thread, this particular area does seem to be a good breeding ground for these cyclones and once they fire up, away they go.
Some places of the world can be quite volatile for storms and other places can be rather quiet, like here in Canterbury.
Mind you we DON'T really want hailstorms now. Think of the crop damage they do.
We will probably get storms next month or December. hope they are good ones and not too damaging.
