Lost power here from about 6:20pm last night until 7am this morning.

Apparently gusts of 189 km/h were recorded in the gulf's Collvile Channel last night and around 150 km/h at Manukau Heads and Tiritiri Island.
Also very rare to see all of MS's Auckland WS's with gusts over 100 km/h last night.

MetService Max Auckland Gusts (km/h) on May 29:
113 ... Whenuapai
107 ... Auckland Airport
104 ... Ardmore Airport
104 ... Whangaparaoa

A busy night for me doing faults and line patrols. Most Power outages were caused by treebranches across the lines.
Note the black marks on the branch
