It's only mid October! I remember Cyclone Fergus about New Years Eve 1996, but I've never heard of an ex tropical cyclone affecting NZ any earlier. Have there been any earlier cyclones hitting NZ?Post subject: First Tropical Cyclone?

I remember that Xmas it rained in Auckland then it was followed by Drena and then some "mickeymouse cyclone" (I didnt reckon it was a cyclone like the previous 2) which only brought warmth and humidity without much wind or raintich wrote:Post subject: First Tropical Cyclone?
