TV3 is planning a February 2004 launch for new-look weather bulletins using an upgrade of the MetService "Weatherscape" graphics on TV One.

Will they bring Augie back or have a serious weather person present the forecast instead of 'Weather-Girls" judging by the follwing comment from the article?
The full scope of the change has not been decided but TV3 is expected to move away from the light and breezy approach of weathergirl Toni Marsh to a more serious bulletin with detailed information.
TV3 weekend weather presenter Kelly Swanson-Roe is leaving the channel for a job in radio and one option would be to place weekday presenter Ms Marsh in her spot.
