Cb pix from today!

Look at my pix:

Lots of thunderstoms today in Bavaria.

A Cb has just shot into the sky north of my place.

There also was a thunderstorm south of my place. Walter from Munich chased it and got impressive pictures near Glonn, Upper Bavaria (some 20 km southeast of Munich, Germany). See here (text in German):

Another cell towards the west. This brought rain in the city of Munich (while it stayed dry in my place just southeast of the city).

Once again the Cb in the north

A bit later I got these mammatus clouds through the window of my flat.

there is some weak pileus running over the top of the first Cb, must be some upper level colder winds on that day.

Those pileus clouds are the outmost rim of the other Cb in the South! The one that brought strong rain and some hail.
