The climate is changing as that eastern NSW and SE QLD WILL get more ripper storms during summer and it does not affected by La Nina and El Nino. NE NSW is hot spot where severe storms occur. Thunderdays last season was way over average and was ripper. I guess during this season will triple it amount of thunderdays from last few years! I can see the climate is changing like tropical here!
W ell i can tell you matt your storms will not triple at all, thats just a figure of speech u said.
And i believe the climate and globle warming does not change that fast.
This is beggining to be silly how many topics do you need to make Matt I believe that if it was us on the New Zealand weather and climate thread part we would be told to keep our Topics minimum as we have done in the past.
Surly you can keep your topics down I am sure many other people would agree with me.
Perhaps Admin could make a post section for you or be told to keep it at a low. I am not pulling the plug out completly but are simply allowing Matt to still post away but have it so we don't have Topic after Topic everywhere and yet the material on them are all basically the same.
Is it just me or do others agree too? .
Cheers
Jason.
i agree aswell! topic after topic. So am getting alittle tired of it.
Not to mention i believe matt has been band from all australian weather forums if some one could confirm that.
If so, no wonder we are getting bomb barded with related topics on this matter.
No body is ruling you out Matt we would still like to see you on here as a member but just try and keep your topics to say once every week which I believe is fair enough.
Cheers
Jason.
But seriously, these threads are getting very tiresome as they really don't have much backup behind these claims.
It's also a tad annoying these threads are posted across various weather forums.
Read and learn some articles or books on Australian climate and variability.. then come back to report. If it's explained well enough, we may just believe that an increase of thunderstorms in eastern Australia could come to fruition in an El Nino season.
Well, I wasn't going to say anything, but as Foggy is starting to doubt himself I feel it may be of value.
The Moderators seem to be doing an excellent job from my own observations. I moderate another forum and keeping up with the spam can be an uphill battle. Here it's ok, they must really be watching fot it and acting quickly.
As for young Matt's postings, I'm afraid they are tiresome and I feel he does need to consider that he is posting Australian related stuff in a NZ Forum (more than he does at present). The number of topics he posts is at the top end of the scale when in reality, I question the appropriateness of him posting them in our forum at all.
I guess I treat his postings like someone else in here, just step right over them unless the topic attracts my attention.
I support that, and think Foggy is doing a good job. There are some who just have no sense of limitation or self-control. Overall I think this forum is very good, along with the UKWW one I've joined recently.
