Theyre back as usual here at Gale force again with driving rain
Reckon theres been more SW this February than the whole period June-August last year

Just been awful with 8/8 Sc here all day with the SW at galeforce at times

We are going to get hammered with them tonight as they have issued STORM force warnings for the SI eastern sea areas

She's blowing tonight. I'm a little sheltered from the winds but it's pretty constant. I lost a branch or two.
Taiaroa Heads just recorded a gust at 96knots

this site (the wind data is down the left hand side).
There is no such thing as bad
weather, just the wrong clothes.

Not much in the way of shelter down here! I was at 1,600m this evening, and hanging on for dear life.

The wind has stopped for a day before it goes 180 degrees the otherway with the activity from the tropics
