What is the NZAAS?

Is the the New Zealand Anticyclone Admirers Society???????????

I tried to start up the AAA, that is the Anticyclone Admires Association, to give weather enthusiasts something to do when the weather is plagued by a succession of boring anticyclones with no real weather in between.
Weather in anticyclones are generally boring, so I don't think I would have much success there.

So good luck there Michael with the NZAAS

Looks like this anticyclone weather could be coming up when the next anticyclone comes over us. Should be the first 1030plus hPa anticyclone for a while. 8)

You should listen to the 1080 ZB outlet in Auckland, everyone goes yuck or it goes on or to that theme when its rain, cloud etc in the forecast but when the sun is out it perks everyone up :D

So good luck there Michael with the NZAAS Thanks I seen 42 years of awful weather(always lived in "western areas") apart from the really rare times I go on holiday 8)

Just hope it gets 2 centres and sits over us :)

It is interesting when we get lightening, heavy hail, frosts etc and interesting cloud formations too but just 30 knot SW and cloudy and showery is boring ;)
