The Lucky people who live "East"

The maps look wonderful for the people to the east of the main ranges for the next week

To me, being lucky would mean to me some kind of weather event like "snow to sea level"

I've got this feeling that our opinions may differ here and lucky to you would be light winds, definitely not a SW'er, with fine weather

HAHA! That's the trouble with living in a place with nice weather: you often look forward to the kind of stuff which others less fortunate have to live with routinely!

We had a wonderful electrical storm down here about four months ago. Never saw anything like it. Alas, haven't seen anything like it since either!

You were INDEED lucky for living out in the "East"

that is if Omarama is considered being east!
Unfortunately, I live "West" of the Port Hills so that is why I'm very unfortunate here

Its like it when we listen to Coast FM radio,its in Hawkes Bay as well and its mostly fine for them and unsettled for us
