Domain Name for Waikato Weather

I am thinking about buying a domain name for Waikato weather but I am not sure what one to use can you guys give me some ideas?
Domain names is just the name for the website like http://www.waikatoweather.org

I have brought the domain www.waikatoweather.org
Now all I have to do is link my hosting service to it which it does not want to do it :mad: Or it takes a long time to do it.
In the mean time my website is still here: http://web.me.com/gunnimacman/Waikato_W ... ather.html until it transfers to www.waikatoweather.org
My hosting service said: "Go to your registrar's website. Define web.me.com as the "www" CNAME (alias) for your domain"
I have added it to "Name Servers" on my registrar's website so i don't know if it is correct or not.
I couldn't find the "CNAME" so there you have it... either I have to wait 48 hours like it said or I am doing something wrong.
My registrar site is www.domain.com
Can someone tell if it is all good or i have done something wrong.

I get my ISP to host my URL.

Does org refer to organization?

There is a Domain Terrace in Spreydon. It is near the Spreydon domain. Does this help? :crazy:

I think your referring to a place not a website.
Basically the Domain name is the website name thi one for example has a domain name of "weatherforum.org.nz"
