automated web downloading
Is there software that automates downloading gifs,jpgs etc of urls automatically at various times ie have bom Synoptic analysis download at 1000,1600,2200 and 0400

i have produced software that can do that, called autosatpicftp.exe, does not cost too much,
its designed more for time stamped satellite file downloads and for uploading time/date satellite files (e.g that are produced by sat signal and other sat processing software), but even my weather station software weather display in stationless mode will do what you want, but thats overkill, LOL
but someone else might come up with a free or cheap software to do what you want (and more easily)
