Forgive me if I am missing something.

But names seem to appear more than once in the polls.

I would presume you would tally the amounts of votes for each poll against the names that appear more than once?

The "electorate" is fairly small so I thought it would be better to have three polls; one for each position on the "board of moderators". The person with the most votes in each poll will be elected - if the same person wins more than one poll then the highest runner-up will be elected.

Ideally it would have used an STV system of voting or at least the results would have been hidden until the polls closed. Unfortunately, the forum poll is limited in what it can do.

Admittedly, I probably didn't think this through as much as I should have, but it's better than my original idea of closing the forum !
