Storm cell near Kapiti coast.

As we drove from Levin and past Otaki we got more or less ambushed by the very fast moving storm cell. Plenty of thunder to go with it. The sky turned black and headlight where required and that at around 3:30 in the afternoon.
I've attached a photo of the storm cloud. The date was 19 Oct 2005

I know that the photo album is not specifically about clouds or the weather but during that trip we encountered this particular storm.
