How to set up a weather website?

Hello Everyone

Is there anyone who can tell me how and if i can go about making my own weather website? Do i need certain software....I want to make my own online weather station website. Could someone please let me know how to do this?

basicly, youll need an actual weather station, setup in your backyard. this needs to be connected to a pc or laptop, dedicated to uploading info recorded by the station to your website. this website needs to have scripts installed or written for it to display the data. usually this is done via a java or a flash applet.

id suggest looking for a weather station first, as these usually come with all the info you need, as far as i know (i dont actually have one). other people here who do this may have more info.
