Weather in southeast Europe (Bulgaria)

Hello! I'm new here. I'm from east Bulgaria. Last week here had got heavy-rains. In Turkey there had floods. I want to report for precipitations from southeast Bulgaria: Burgas - 72.9mm; Elhovo - 86.1mm; Ahtopol - 140mm.
Now in Burgas temperature is 16C (morning), overcast clouds - quantity 7/8, height level 100m-200m. Temperature of sea water become more and more colder. Now it is about 21C. Sun height in zenith today will be approximately 49.5 degrees, day duration 12 hours and 27 minutes.

Yes we saw the Turkey floods.cars washing away with people on them.Our sun is about 51° in Auckland and sea about 15-16c

Do you have snow in winter? I mean in lowlands.
During the shortest days our (Bulgarian) sun height is approximately 24 degrees. From this angle solar radiation is too little and sun difficult warms the ground. Often there are fogs, which are consequence from inversions and the ground temperatures fell down to under -10C... I hate this weather...
Today in east Bulgaria was sunny and relatively warm. At the moment clouds from west increase, but still are mainly high. Tomorrow here (in Burgas) will have a probability of precipitation...

Yes it does in mostly SE south island south of 42S it happens in cold S or E flows when warm air is undercut by cold air especially if moist,it also happens with with SSW flows particulary inland Canterbury Otago,It also falls in Southland in cold WSW flows or Southerlies there when lots of convection from the south.It has fallen furthur north in the north island quite often but its usually on higher ground or the central plateau but its elevated land.
Our sun in Auckland is just under 30 deg(29.85) on the meridian but it doesnt give daytime heating here but its enough for convection in the tasman sea from cold air.0 or 1 is cold for minimums in Auckland wheres Canterbury/Otago is much lower -3 or less can be common in Winter.

In January 2006 temperature in Burgas fell to -15C and temperature of sea water - to 0.2C: http://www.stringmeteo.com/synop/bg_std ... %C6%C8#sel This was the biggest cold in my whole life. Latitude of Burgas is 42.5 degrees.
NE and N-NE flows are the coldest in east Bulgaria. Then cold air flows here from Russia...

Today weather in Bulgaria is sunny and warm. Temperature in Burgas is 23C (early afternoon)...
