I shear sheep on lifestyle blocks and today i came upon three those to do, 3-4 years wool.

The SPCA take a dim view of this kind of neglect really and fair enough too,must be been horrible when it rain for them as each one must have had 15-20kg dry,when it rained I'd hate to think how much the wool weighted then.

The lady that rang me to come and do them had only just brought the 50 Hectare block and the sheep were found down the back in a block of trees.

I'm thinking i should put my name down with the SPCA for when other sheep come up like these.

Sounds like a good idea, that and leaving cards with the local vets and farm supply outlets.

I'm pleased the new owner took the appropriate action promptly.

Its not that i need any more work as i have full books as it is,its just that its a real challenge and also it will be good promotion for the new hand shears that ive developed which i'm testing out at the moment
