Whats Whangarei's Rainfall totals?

Can anyone tell us how much rain Whangarei totals are as the Herald doesnt show them?Thanks :)

Around 1600mm per annnum. Winter rainfall maximum. Not to different to Auckland. Whangarei like the rest of Northland is a sodden place although they can experience drought in summer.

Dunno
... but Northland can be a wet and a dry place as well because of the prevailing westerlies/ex tropical sysyems and the shape of NZ from the south-westerlies, that Micheal "loves" :)

I'll go along with that.
We tend to get our monthly rain in three or four wet days per month rather than Aucklands constant drizzle :lol: :lol:
