Following on from other discussions, try as I may, I can't locate an online copy of the article previously linked to. I originally downloaded the article from the link provided here. The original link has long since stopped working (it was 8 years ago).
I'm recreating the zipped images here for those that missed it. My intention is to leave it up for a week or so then delete it, so grab a copy if you want. I don't know the copyright status, so if it needs to be removed say the word and it's gone.
