A light frost here yesterday and this morning with -0.2 yesterday and 0.7 this morning.

Frost obviously overnight, as there was a bit of frost damage as beans, pumpkin and courgettes got a bit frost bitten but not that bad, thankfully. Down to 0.3C.

Had to put warm water on the windscreen of the car this morning,light frost of +1deg air temp and +1.5 ground

Light summer frosts are common here in all three months,saw someone's garden today who are about 2kms away,there pumpkins were badly hit this morning,my garden was fine thanks to not using mulch,bare soil stops frost tender plants from been damaged because it releases heat at night
